Federal health officials are investigating a multi-state salmonella outbreak.
Manufacturer Garden of Life has recalled several versions of its Raw Meal Organic Shake and Meal. The product was voluntarily recalled after 11 people in nine states reported being infected by salmonella.
So far one person was hospitalized as of Tuesday. No deaths have been reported.
Health officials are warning consumers to stop using the products immediately. Consumers are also being told to dispose of the product in a closed plastic bag, or return them to the store where they were purchased.
