TULSA - Harvard Avenue reopened between 47th Street and 49th Street Friday morning following a wreck.
PSO said because of the crash, crews had to replace a power pole. The work closed down Harvard Avenue for several hours.
Tulsa police said the whole road needed to be blocked because of low-hanging power lines.
