West Corporation, a leading provider of technology-driven, voice-oriented solutions, recently announced plans to hire more than 125 new customer care professionals for its Tulsa center.
The new positions come from increased demand from an existing client, a major financial services provider. The licensed insurance agent and customer care professional positions will focus both on assisting callers with insurance claims as well as providing extraordinary service to existing customers. Wages for these positions will begin between $12 and $14.50 per hour, based on position type and job responsibilities.
Applicants for the insurance agent positions must have current or lapsed life/health and property/casualty insurance licenses. The company will offer some recertification support to those applicants with lapsed licenses. Applicants for non-insurance agent positions must have a solid work history and customer service experience. Good communication and computer skills are necessary for all positions.
To support its hiring efforts, the Company will host an on-site job fair on Feb. 10th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Tulsa employment office located at 3810 S. 103rd East Ave.
