Tulsa police responded to a shooting call near the 1000 block of Troost Ave around 6:00 Saturday night.
When officers arrived on scene they found a male in his 30s was shot to death in the front yard.
Police believe the two suspects went to the victim's house after one of the suspect's windows were shot out in his home.
The shooter is described as an Hispanic male in his early 20s. Witnesses say the suspects got away northbound on Troost in a dark-colored Chevy Avalanche.
