Tulsa police arrested 19-year-old Cedric Jackson for a deadly shooting in North Tulsa.
Two people were shot Tuesday evening, said EMSA officials.
The shootings happened at two separate areas one near 48th and N. Birmingham Place. The second at 52nd & N. Peoria Ave, said EMSA officials.
Two people were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds. One died at the hospital.
