Sunday Brunch: The Tulsa Food Guy's Marinated Skirt Steak

TULSA - Marinated Skirt Steak


2 pounds skirt steak
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Dash of cayenne powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon hot pepper mash (or sriracha)



Mix all ingredients except steak. Marinate steak for 30-60 minutes.

Grill steak about 3-4 minutes on each side or until medium to medium rare. Slice cooked steak AGAINST THE GRAIN in thin slices and serve.
