Sunday Brunch: South Chinese Stir Fry

For today's Sunday Brunch Joy Betz from the Tulsa Global Alliance's sister city Beihai China stopped by to share her recipe for South Chinese stir fry. 
 
Recipe:
 
1. 5 tablespoons Olive Oil
2. 1 cup ginger
3. 2 eggs
4. 2 cloves garlic
5. Your choice of rice and vegetables. 
 
Cooking Instructions:
 
1. Begin by cutting all the vegetables and measuring your ingredient so they are ready to go once you begin cooking.
2. Scramble eggs.
3. In a Wok or large skillet, heat the Olive Oil over a high heat until almost smoking, then add garlic. 
4. Add chicken tenders to the stir fry until it's cooked. 
5. Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce to taste. 
6. Add pepper, salt add scrambled eggs.
7. Continue stirring until crisp-tender.
