TULSA - The family of succulent plants contains more than just cacti!
Gardening expert Paul James, with Southwood Landscape and Garden Center , says this type of plant "thrives on neglect."
Paul says that most succulents that grow in our area will be a perennial but only if brought in during the winter.
He says that most often succulents don't survive because we "kill them with kindness!" A little water is a good thing but too much of it can actually kill the plant.
Paul also told me what succulent is related to asparagus.
