Raspberry Dark Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients:

8 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped

2 teaspoons raspberry puree

 

Directions:

Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler set over simmering water, stirring constantly; or place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30 to 45 seconds.  

Be careful not to let the chocolate burn. Pour into a warm fondue pot.  Add the raspberry puree and stir gently until blended.  Keep fondue warm over low heat.
