Sunday Brunch: Chef Remmi's Cucumber Blueberry Salad

TULSA - Sunday Brunch:  Chef Remmi's Cucumber Blueberry Salad


  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced in rounds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • Parsley, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Italian Dressing Ingredients:

  • Garlic powder
  • mustard powder
  • sugar
  • red pepper
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • red wine vinegar
  • safflower oil



Prepare ingredients as outlined.

In medium bowl, layer the ingredients in the order listed.  When ready to serve, drizzle desired amount of Remmi’s Italian Dressing on the salad.
