Grilled Lemon Pepper Catfish

Ingredients
-- 1 pound thawed catfish filets
-- 2 whole lemons
-- quarter stick of butter
-- 4 tablespoons black pepper
-- salt to taste

Instructions
-- Pre-heat skillet (non-stick) to medium high heat.
-- Add butter.
-- Place 3 to 4 filets in skillet.
-- Cook on each side 3 to 5 minutes.
-- Serve immediately.
