Bobby Singleton with the Fish Shack joined Justin Wilfon for Fun Food Friday to make Lemon Pepper Grilled Catfish.
1 lb. catfish filets
2 tbsp. olive oil
lemon pepper seasoning
In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil on medium high heat.
Add catfish to pan.
Season to taste.
Grill roughly 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
The Fish Shack is located off Highway 51 in Coweta. Business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
