The FILLMORE Pizza: Named for the famous rock venue in San Francisco.
- Push out or toss out a 15” pizza dough for your crust.
- Top with roasted garlic and olive oil, ricotta cheese, fresh house-made whole milk mozzarella, and bake at 500 degrees in a pre-heated oven until toppings are melted well and crust begins to brown.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula and red rock salt.
The Fillmore is one of several new menu items on the Andolini’s menu. Mike and the Ando team are all about doing Italian classics in modern ways, and the new menu definitely reflects it.
