RELATED STORY (3/10/14): Alaska Holloway and Madi Metcalf choose Team Blake
During The Voice battle rounds, each coach, in this case Blake, chooses two of his team members to compete against each other.
The team members sing the same song together. Then, Blake has to pick which of the performers will stay on his team. The singer or duo that he does not choose is free to be stolen by another coach. Each coach may steal two artists during the battle rounds.
After the battle rounds, the artists move on to knockout rounds during which the coaches choose who will stay on his or her team and who will go home.
Blake has a tough time deciding who to keep, but in the end selected McLaughlin to move on.

No other coaches picked up the Tulsa-area duo.
"The fact that none of the other coaches picked up Alaska and Madi, it really hurts," Blake said after the show. "It kinda pisses me off."
The duo was in Green Country Monday and said the whole experience of being on the show is still surreal.
"Not a lot of people get to do this. It has been unbelievably amazing," said Holloway.
The girls are currently recording their first cover album. They hope to release it later this year.
