BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A man died and another man was injured on the Broken Arrow Expressway after their vehicle crashed near Lynn Lane Road Wednesday night.
Police identified the victim as 60-year-old Samuel Bahe, Sr.
Police say the driver, Samuel Bahe Jr., 39, veered of the roadway onto the shoulder then over corrected and lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle then crashed into a concrete barrier, partially ejecting Bahe Sr.
Bahe Sr. was pronounced dead at the scene.
Bahe Jr. will be arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, first-degree manslaughter and driving under suspension, police said.
Bahe Jr. remains in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
