TULSA - Swimming is expected to be the USA's most successful rotation of events in this year's Olympics. So how good are these guys and gals?
Miles ahead of those of us who jump in the pool for a leisurely swim.
It's 6:45 in the morning and the Swim Tulsa Club has gathered for more tough training in an Olympic-size pool.
Coach Dave Lynn says the club members swim 8 to 10 miles a day on average. Lynn, a longtime instructor with the swimmers, has one of his best students in recent years in 8-time state champion Eastman Holloway.

Realizing it's just not jumping in to cool off, Eastman gives me a few pointers and even agrees to swim alongside me.
"That is a good stroke, that is actually really good," he said. "Just say you need to kick more."
My first mistake: Getting caught between a jump and a dive. And it only went downstream from there.
Try as I may, the strokes didn't get any easier. And after what seemed like half an hour, I look up breathless to find Eastman without a care in the world beside me in the pool.
Whew, swimmers are a different breed.

Some people call it pocket dialing. Others call it butt dialing. Either way, an air of California men face criminal charges after they accidentally called 911.
