TULSA (AP) -- The Colorado Rockies have traded Tulsa Drillers pitcher Parker Frazier to the Cincinnati Reds for major league veteran hurler Armando Galarraga.
Frazier is expected to report to a Reds minor league affiliate, but the team hasn't been named.
Frazier, a Tulsa native who attended Bishop Kelley High School, has split time with the Drillers and the Triple A Colorado Springs Sky Sox in 2013.
In 16 appearances with Tulsa this season, the right-hander was 1-1 with a 2.57 ERA. In his two seasons with the Drillers, Frazier had a combined 3.65 ERA in 43 career outings.
Galarraga is best known for his near perfect game while pitching for the Detroit Tigers in 2010.
An umpire's incorrect call at first base kept him from pitching Major League Baseball's 21st perfect game.
