OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma State is picked to finish third and Oklahoma seventh in the Big 12 preseason basketball coaches poll.

Defending champion Kansas is picked to win the conference with Baylor second. The Jayhawks received nine of 10 first place votes in which coaches are not allowed to vote for their own team.

Baylor received the remaining first-place ballot.

Texas is fourth in the poll; then Kansas State; West Virginia, OU; Iowa State; Texas Tech and TCU.
