OKLAHOMA CITY - In a pair of last minute moves, the Oklahoma City Thunder have traded Eric Maynor and acquired Ronnie Brewer, according to numerous reports.
Maynor will become the newest member of the Portland Trail Blazers, backing up rookie standout Damian Lillard. In return for Maynor, OKC will reportedly receive the rights to Georgios Printezis.
Maynor thanked the Thunder organization and its fans on Twitter following the news.
"I want to thank the Oklahoma City Thunder for everything the last 3 years.....appreciate all the love n support from the fans as well......" Maynor tweeted.
ESPN is reporting the Thunder also gave up a second-round draft pick to the Knicks for the defensive-minded Brewer.
Maynor, who recently fell out of the Thunder's rotation while recovering from major knee surgery, has posted career-low numbers across the board for the year.
The former first round pick has been an integral part of OKC's success since joining the team in 2009-2010, but the growth of Reggie Jackson has limited Maynor to less than 11 minutes a game.
Like Maynor, Brewer found himself on the bench in New York, and had recorded only 3.6 points per game through 46 games.
