HOCHATOWN, Okla. (AP) -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Texas man has been killed in an all-terrain vehicle accident near Hochatown in southeastern Oklahoma.
A report on the crash says 26-year-old Jay Derek Lee of Lubbock, Texas, died in the accident Friday night in McCurtain County.
The report says Lee was riding on a dirt trail on private property and that there were no witnesses to the accident.
Lee was found dead at the scene from a head injury.
