COMANCHE COUNTY, Okla. - A southwestern Oklahoma woman is facing charges for stealing money from a child.
Forty-three-year-old Carolyn Beeson, of Cache, Okla., was arrested for larceny after officials say a 10-year-old boy came home with Beeson's son Friday after winning $50 in an art contest.
Investigators say Beeson asked to see the bill to compare it to a $100 bill and when the boy handed it over Beeson left the house to buy cigarettes with it.
