Warrant: Oklahoma man stole 289 pounds of copper

CUSHING, Okla. - Oklahoma law enforcement is searching for a man accused of selling 289 pounds of stolen copper.

A warrant issued Thursday for 60-year-old Billy Rowell alleges the Drumright native stole the copper from AT&T to the tune of $75,000 in damages.

Rowell sold the cable to salvage yard in Cushing, according to the document.
