MOORE, Okla. - Two men in Moore, Oklahoma, saved a man's life after his car crashed into a creek.

The man was trapped underwater inside his car when Mike Mosbee and David Bussy came upon the crash.

"People running frantically up and down through here. All you could see was two wheels hanging up out of the car," said Bussy.

While Bussey went to retrieve a tire iron to attempt to break the car's window and free the driver, Mosbee said heard the man yelling that he could not open the car door.

Mosbee jumped into the icy water and went into the car twice before he was able to pull the driver to safety.

"And he takes like a big gasp of air, and his whole face is purple and blue," Bussy said.

The driver, Joshua Kizer, revived and began breathing.  He survived the crash without any major injuries.
