ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say an 82-year-old Tulsa man died after hitting a fence post and a tree in Rogers County on Saturday.
Troopers say Luman Wilcox was driving on a county road when his SUV left the roadway and hit a fence post. The vehicle then crossed to the other side of the road and hit a tree.
Rescue crews were able to free Wilcox from the wreckage after around 20 minutes.
Wilcox died at a local hospital from an apparent medical condition, troopers say.
