HOLDENVILLE, Okla. -- Authorities have a suspect in custody in connection with the the death of a 38-year-old Holdenville man.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says authorities received a 911 call shortly before 6 a.m. Monday. Once officers arrived they found Gayland Moore dead inside the home.
An autopsy will determine the cause and manner of Moore's death; however, OSBI says Moore appears to have died of a gunshot wound.
Agents arrested Franklin Combs on a complaint of first-degree manslaughter.
Combs was booked into the Hughes County Jail.
