MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Muskogee police have canceled a silver alert for a 91-year-old man.

According to investigators, Bennie Crabtree was spotted driving in the area which they were searching.

He'll be released to his family after he is cleared medically.

Police issued the alert after Bennie Crabtree was last seen leaving his home around 6:30 Thursday morning.  

Crabtree suffers from hypertension, diabetes and is believed to be in an altered mental state.
