OSBI investigation into West Siloam Springs fetus burial leads to woman's arrest

WEST SILOAM SPRINGS, Okla. - State investigators are looking for clues after receiving a tip that a fetus was buried in the yard of a Delaware County home.

The West Siloam Springs Police Department brought in the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Monday night, whose agents began digging for the body Tuesday morning.

Investigators spent most of the day digging outside the house in West Siloam Springs and arrested Stacy Belt, 32, on three counts of child neglect. 

As of Tuesday night, no remains had been discovered.
