HODGEN, Okla. (AP) -- Authorities have captured an inmate who escaped last week from a minimum security prison in eastern Oklahoma.
Le Flore County deputies captured Curtis Edward Gibson on Sunday in the unincorporated Summerfield area. Fort Smith, Ark., television station KHBS (http://bit.ly/11tdEiV ) reports that authorities found Gibson looking for food in a trash bin.

Deputies say Gibson was discovered missing during a headcount July 1 at the Jim Hamilton Correctional Center.
Officials say Gibson was serving time out of Oklahoma County on a conviction of failure to comply with sex offender registration.
