MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- The Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame's induction concert is set Oct. 15 at Tulsa's Mabee Center.
It's the first time in the 16-year history of the Music Hall of Fame that the ceremony will be held in a venue outside of Muskogee.
The Mabee Center has hosted hundreds of iconic musicians, performers and speakers over the last four decades, many of which are past inductees into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame.
This year's class of inductees will join legendary musician and Oklahoman, Neal Schon of Journey who was inducted into the Music Hall of Fame at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Catoosa on Aug. 23. The Swon Brothers will be performing a full show at this year's induction concert.
