OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma lawmakers want to ensure that the state is prepared if the U.S. is in danger of going over the fiscal cliff ever again.
The Office of States Finance Act is scheduled to be introduced to a house committee at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the state capitol.
The act would require every state agency to set up a backup plan for a 25 percent federal funding cut.
