OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The campus of Oklahoma City University was locked down briefly after a suspect in a nearby shooting fled into a campus building.
Police Capt. Dee Patty told reporters that the suspect ran to the campus and into the building after the shooting was reported at a nearby apartment complex about 3:45 p.m. Sunday. Patty says a witness followed the suspect and that a gun was found along route taken by the suspect.
No names have been released.
Patty says the victim in the shooting was treated for a minor gunshot wound.
