OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma County deputies say they arrested a substitute teacher at an Oklahoma City high school after students told another teacher she appeared intoxicated and fell asleep at her desk.
Deputies arrested 30-year-old April Chamberlain, saying her speech was slurred, she was unsteady on her feet and smelled of alcohol.
Police say they found an empty whiskey bottle in her purse.
Chamberlain was arrested on charges of suspicion of public drunkenness.
