ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - One person has died in a accident east of Inola, Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials have confirmed.
The crash happened on US-412 around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday when a dump truck failed to yield going northbound onto the highway and collided with a 2012 Ford Fusion, according to OHP officials.
The victim, 38-year-old Kerry Fort, was from Tulsa. He died at the scene.
Dennis May, the 37-year-old Pryor native driving the dump truck, was not injured.
