Miami man shot and killed on Saturday

MIAMI, Okla. - Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation officials say they are assisting Miami police after a man was killed in a shooting on Saturday.
Investigators say police were called to a residence around 10 a.m. Upon arrival officers found 38-year-old John Allen Largent dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
A person on the scene claimed they accidentally shot Largent. No arrest have been made at this time, police say.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy on Largent’s body.
