OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Authorities say a man wanted for the July 4 shooting deaths of two men in Arcadia has surrendered.
Oklahoma County Sheriff John Whetsel says Garrett Harjo surrendered Wednesday afternoon to sheriff's office investigators.
Harjo is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the Independence Day shootings of brothers Donald Scott and Diallo Scott. Investigators have said it appears that the shooting was gang-related.
Online court records do not list an attorney for Harjo.
