OSAGE COUNTY, Okla. - A federal judge will hear a lawsuit Wednesday over the construction of a massive wind farm in Osage County.

Osage Nation officials say the 94 planned turbines would interfere with oil production and harm the ecosystem.

Attorneys on both sides say it's important to handle the disagreement in an efficient and timely manner.

Construction is scheduled to begin in less than a month.
