OKLAHOMA CITY - A report published earlier this week by the Oklahoma City Community Foundation has concluded that a disaster relief fund set up for survivors of the Oklahoma City bombing was properly handled.
Members of the foundation's board, as well as former Okla. Gov. Frank Keating, called for the investigation amid rumors of misappropriating the money. NBC's Rock Center with Brian Williams even covered the story.
Released Wednesday, the independently conducted 151-page report concluded that none of the funds were misused.

Since its inception in 1995, the foundation received more than $14 million in contributions, and paid more than $11 million to help 1,033 survivors.
