OKLAHOMA CITY - All American and Oklahoma flags on state property will be flown half-staff Tuesday.
Gov. Mary Fallin issued the executive order Friday.
The flags will be flown in honor of retired Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice Ralph B. Hodges, who died Wednesday.
Hodges served two terms as Chief Justice, from 1977 to 1978 and 1993 to 1994.
"His dedication to the state of Oklahoma will be missed," Fallin said in the order.
The directive is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
