OKLAHOMA CITY - Governor Mary Fallin has ordered all American and state flags be flown at half staff today in honor of Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice Ralph Hodges.
Hodges passed away last Wednesday.
Hodges was the youngest person to ever serve on the State Supreme Court when he was first appointed in 1965. He also served two terms as chief justice before retiring in 2004.
Hodges was 82 years old.
