LINCOLN COUNTY, Okla. - An Amber Alert in effect for two children from Lincoln County has been canceled.
Law enforcement found Kylee Nichols, 7, and Blake Nichols, 4, Thursday afternoon in an Oklahoma City apartment complex with their mother.
Lincoln County authorities said the mother, 30-year-old Misty Hausam, does not have custody of the children and will most likely be arrested.
The alert was issued after Hausum took the children near Wellston, Okla. around 7:15 a.m. Thursday, according to state public safety officials.
The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety said Hausam, is mentally unstable and is a heavy drug user.
