OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Three people suffered serious stab wounds after an argument in Oklahoma City over who could drink the most alcohol.

A probable cause affidavit filed Monday says 19-year-old Enrique Cato Zarate of Warr Acres stabbed three of his roommates and tried to stab a neighbor who tried to calm him down.

The affidavit says the men were inside their apartment, watching TV and drinking when they began to argue about which of them could drink alcohol faster.

Police say each of the victims need hospital treatment for stab wounds to their chests and torsos.

The Oklahoman reports (http://is.gd/YNxRJQ) Zarate was arrested after fleeing the Friday incident on foot.

Zarate was held in the Oklahoma County Jail on $20,000 bond, though online records Tuesday didn't list him on the inmate roster.
