PONCA CITY, Okla. - An Enid man died on Kaw Lake while trying to tow his grandson's boat to shore on Friday.
Department of Public Safety officials say 70-year-old Billy Joe Ging had a life vest wrapped around his right arm after his boat capsized in five feet of water.
The medical examiner has not determined the cause of death.
