HOLDENVILLE, Okla. - The body of a missing Seminole County man has been found on the side of Highway 56 near Holdenville on Thursday afternoon.
Officials say they believe 33-year-old Eric Stephens was murdered, but the medical examiner will determine the cause of death after an autopsy.
Stephens was reported missing by his mother earlier in the week.
Stephens' death comes just days after police made an arrest in another homicide case in Holdenville.
Police arrested 53-year-old Franklin Combs in connection with the murder of Gayland Moore on Monday.
