OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma City police have arrested a 14-year-old girl in connection with the shooting death of a man.

Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said Monday that the girl was arrested Friday on charges of first-degree murder in the Sept. 16 shooting death of 30-year-old Tiyrell Lomach. Wardlow says the girl also faces charges of kidnapping, armed robbery and burglary.

Wardlow says officers investigating a report of a home invasion found Lomach with a gunshot wound inside his southeast Oklahoma City home.

Lomach died of his wounds at an Oklahoma City hospital.
