Why Christmas trees haven't been picked up by Tulsa trash service

TULSA - Those Christmas trees that made homes festive are now waiting for green waste pickup around Tulsa... and waiting.
Carlos got in touch to say, "I saw on your news around Christmas we can just put our trees at the curb and they'd be picked up. Ours has been curbside for more than a week. Same for our neighbors."
A city official says green waste pickup crews are a little behind schedule, but we're assured the trees will be picked up for free.
They need to be cut in lengths of 6 feet or less, with no tinsel, lights or other decorations on them.
