TULSA - The Oklahoma Attorney General says claim forms must be postmarked by Thursday September 13, 2012 and so far fewer than 400 complaints have been received.

The Attorney General's Public Protection Unit says Oklahomans are also eligible to participate in the national settlement options to refinance and adjust mortgage principal.

Five of the nation's big banks are involved and the money is earmarked for people who suffered from unfair or illegal banking practices during a foreclosure.
