TULSA - When moving to a new home earlier this year, Holley decided to change to a different satellite TV service.

That meant cancelling her service with Dish Network.

"During that process, I ended up having a credit on my account."

A $228 credit, Holley says which she was told would be issued back to her as a check in a couple of weeks, after returning her receiver.

But instead of a check, she got a $400 bill.

"I was completely shocked, I didn't know why, what it was for."

Holley says Dish Network resolved that mistake, and was told again she'd have her refund in about two weeks, but it never arrived.

The check was apparently sent to her previous address, and was returned to Dish Network.

After that, Holley says these notes show she called 15 times during the next few weeks, but still no check.

"It was a huge burden, calling everyday during lunch, spending the entire lunch hour on the phone."

Holley called the 2News Problem Solvers, and we contacted a Dish Network representative.
She quickly got the ball rolling on that refund.

"The very next day, they called and said we have written you a check and you should get it in the next two days."

And Holley says she did, a $288 check, and peace of mind.
