Orange Barrel Update: Interstate 44 narrows at Lewis Avenue Tuesday

TULSA - The big widening project on I-44 at Lewis will be even worse for drivers Tuesday.

The good news is it will not affect the rush hours.
The right lane of eastbound I-44 will be closed at Lewis from nine to four Tuesday.
A reminder that Lewis is still closed at I-44 as well.
Avoid that area if you can.
Highway 11, north of Sperry
Also north of Tulsa there will be more trouble for drivers Tuesday.
Highway 11 will be narrowed to just one open lane north of Sperry between nine and three tomorrow.
Crews will be doing some bridge work over Hominy Creek.
Expect some backups there.
