Two killed in police helicopter crash

(CNN) -- Two Atlanta police officers were killed when their helicopter crashed late Saturday night, Police Chief George Turner said.
The helicopter unit was called in to assist with the search for a missing 9-year-old child, Turner said. The crash occurred about 10:30 p.m. in northwest Atlanta, just miles from downtown.
