DALLAS - Dallas police have arrested a 4-year-old boy's parents and his uncle after the child took a bag of what police say was crack cocaine to preschool.
Jail records show 26-year-olds Joshua and Christy Ruiz and 21-year-old Moses Ruiz were arrested on a number of complaints.
The child's parents have been charged with child endangerment.
Police say Joshua and Moses Ruiz are accused of distribution of a controlled substance.
The Ruizes were arrested after police were notified by the child's school that he was seen playing with the bag Wednesday.
Christy Ruiz and Moses Ruiz are being held in lieu of $100,000 Joshua Ruiz has a $600,000 bond.
